I’m Nate, a social media marketeer in the gaming industry. I’m a big fan of dogs, games, music and design. I’m mostly self taught, with significant dedication to improve my craft and learn everything that I can.

As of writing I’m 27 and getting into gear in my career. Alongside work, I’m a full-time carer for my disabled mother who was unfortunately incapacitated as the result of a nasty stroke.

I have battled with anxiety and depression for the majority of my life due to circumstances as a child and now as an adult. I was diagnosed with autism and ADHD before I was 10, which led to an upbringing with significant social isolation, affirming that there was something ‘wrong’ with me. Turns out, adults sucked back then and underestimated me.

Since then I have managed to smash all educational and developmental expectations that were laid out to me. Because I had to try extra hard as a kid to learn and catch up (it took me until 6 to write), I now have an unyielding love of learning new things. This led me into my journey learning graphic design and content creation, and eventually social media management and marketing as my long-term career path.

I feel blessed that I’ve been able to work in my hobby field, and can’t wait to see where the future takes me!
